Anushka is an actor as well as a producer in Bollywood. Her name has been praised for her acting and as one of the best-paid Bollywood actresses. She is also an ambassador for several companies and also has her own clothing line that is marketed to women, called Nush. Forbes Magazine is also where she's appeared. Anushka Sharma's parents are Kumar Sharma and Ashima Sharma. Anushka Sharma's father is an ex-colonel. Her mother is a homemaker. Karnesh Sharma is Anushka's younger brother. He served in Merchant Navy, and is an entrepreneur in the field of film production. Anushka Sharma graduated from Army School, Bangalore and is currently pursuing a an undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A) from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore. Anushka Sharma is a graduate with a Master's education in Economics. Anushka Sharma wanted to be journalist or model, but was not a performer. Anushka moved to Mumbai after completed her graduation and was enrolled at Elite Model Management, and was groomed by stylist Prasad Bidapa. Anushka began modelling in the year 2017 at Wendell Rodricks Les Vamps Show. She was also selected for the spring collection Summer 2007, by Rodricks. Since her modelling debut at Lakme Fashion Week Anushka did numerous campaigns for various brands, n she has done campaigns for their Silk & Shine Whisper Nathella Jewelry as well as Fiat Palio etc. Anushka joined an acting class before beginning to audition for film roles alongside her modeling career. Anushka was first seen as an actor in 2008 with Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, opposite Shah Rukh Khan. She took one day to practice for her test on screen and didn't want to make an unplanned version. Later on she was cast in three movies for Yash Raj Films. In the movie she performed the part of a young bride of a middle-aged man (the role Shah Rukh Khan was playing). The film was hit on the box office and was the second-highest-grossing movie of 2008. Anushka performed with Shahid Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor, Vir Das Shahid Kapoor, Vir Das and Meiyang Chang in the 2010 movie "Badmash Company". The film received mixed reviews. That same year Anushka Sharma was seen in the film 'Band Baaja Baaraat' along with Ranveer Singh in the role of a middle class Punjabi girl who launches her own business of wedding planning. The movie got positive reviews. The Band Baaja Baaraat anushka's three-film agreement under the Yash Raj Films banner was complete.
